Editorial Policy and AI Content Disclosure
Last updated: 5 September 2026
This page explains how content on Rajan Template is produced. It exists so readers, advertisers and search engines can judge the Site on stated standards rather than assumption.
1. Editorial independence
Guides are written to be useful to the reader first. Advertising is served automatically by Google AdSense and advertisers have no influence over what we publish, how a tool is described, or which guide appears where. We do not sell links, do not accept payment for a positive review, and do not publish sponsored posts disguised as editorial. Any commercial relationship that does exist is disclosed on the page itself and in our Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure.
2. How a guide is produced
- Topic selection. One topic per guide, chosen from real reader questions and search demand. We do not bundle unrelated keywords into one page.
- Hands-on testing. Prompts are run in the tools they are written for. Template and code instructions are followed in the app before they are described.
- Drafting. The explanation of why a technique works is written before the copy-ready text.
- Review. Every guide is read end to end by a human before publication, checking that steps match the current app version, that claims are supported, and that no prompt encourages misuse.
- Publication and maintenance. Guides are revisited when an app updates or a reader reports a problem. Substantive updates change the “last updated” date.
3. Use of AI tools — disclosure
This Site is about AI editing tools, so it would be dishonest to be vague about our own use of them. Our position:
- AI is used as a drafting and research assistant for structuring outlines, generating prompt variations to test, and checking readability.
- AI output is never published unreviewed. A human tests the technique, verifies the claims and edits the text before anything goes live.
- We do not mass-publish auto-generated pages. Where any page has been found to be templated, thin or duplicative, our policy is to rewrite or remove it rather than leave it up.
- Sample images that were generated by AI are labelled as such where they appear.
This is consistent with Google Search’s stated position on AI-assisted content: what matters is whether the content is helpful, original and reliable, not how it was produced. Content produced primarily to manipulate rankings, without adding value for readers, is against our own standards as well as Google’s spam policies.
4. Accuracy and corrections
We correct errors. If you find a prompt that does not work, a setting that has moved, or a factual mistake, email admin@rajantemplate.co.in with the page URL and the problem. Corrections are made as quickly as we can verify them. Where a correction changes the meaning of a guide, we note it at the foot of the page rather than editing silently.
5. Sourcing and attribution
Where a guide relies on an external fact — an app’s official feature list, a platform’s stated limit, a company’s own documentation — we link to the primary source rather than to another blog. We do not copy text from other sites. Where a technique is associated with a particular creator, we say so.
6. Content we will not publish
- Links to cracked, modded, or pirated apps, or to watermark-removal tools that breach a service’s terms.
- Prompts designed to create deepfakes, impersonations of real people, or non-consensual imagery.
- Sexualised prompts, or any prompt involving minors.
- Content that demeans a religion, community or individual.
- Guides that exist only to rank, with no usable instruction inside.
- Unsolicited guest posts and paid link insertions.
7. Comments
Comments are moderated. We remove spam, promotional links, abuse, and anything advising readers to download pirated software. Disagreement with a guide is welcome and is not a reason for removal.
