These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rajan Template at https://rajantemplate.co.in/ (the "Site"). By accessing, browsing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by an independent publisher based in India, referred to here as “we”, “us” or “Rajan Template”. You can reach us at admin@rajantemplate.co.in.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site if you are old enough to form a binding contract in your country. If you are a minor, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Some tools discussed here have their own minimum age requirements, which you must satisfy separately with those providers.

3. Permitted use

You may read, copy and use the prompts, codes, settings and instructions published here for personal, educational and creative purposes, including in content you publish on social platforms. No attribution is required for using a prompt in your own edit, though a link back is appreciated.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

Copy, scrape or republish substantial portions of the Site’s articles as your own content, on a website, app, PDF, or as auto-generated video.
Use automated systems to crawl the Site in a way that degrades performance for other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system.
Use the Site to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes another person’s rights.
Use prompts or techniques from this Site to produce deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, or impersonations of real people.
Use anything here to create content that misrepresents a religion, deity or community in a disrespectful or inflammatory way.
Remove, obscure or alter any copyright or attribution notice.

5. Intellectual property

The written guides, explanations, page layouts, original graphics and the Rajan Template name and logo are our property or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Individual prompt text is provided for you to copy and use freely; the surrounding articles are not.

6. Third-party trademarks and non-affiliation

CapCut and its logo are trade marks of Bytedance Ltd. VN Video Editor, Alight Motion, KineMaster, Instagram, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, Google Gemini and all other product names used on this Site are the trade marks of their respective owners. We use them descriptively, to say which tool a guide is about.

Rajan Template is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in partnership with any of these companies. Where a guide describes a template style associated with a creator name, that name is used descriptively to identify a widely searched editing style, not to claim any association with that creator.

7. Templates, codes and third-party content

We do not host template files, project files, APKs or any other downloadable software. Where a guide describes a template or a VN code, that description is provided for educational purposes and the underlying work remains the property of its original creator. If you own such a work and want it removed or credited differently, see our DMCA and Copyright Policy — removal requests are honoured.

8. AI-generated output

Images and videos you create using prompts from this Site are generated by third-party AI tools, not by us. You are solely responsible for:

Complying with the terms of service of whichever AI tool you use.
Holding the rights to any photograph you upload, and having the consent of anyone who appears in it.
How you publish and use the resulting output.

Ownership of AI output varies by tool and by jurisdiction. We make no claim to your output and we give no assurance that you own it. Check the terms of the tool you use.

9. No warranty

The Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that a prompt will produce a particular result, that a template or code will import successfully, that instructions will match the current version of an app, or that the Site will be free of errors or interruption. AI tools produce variable output by design, and apps change their interfaces without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of an edit, loss of income, account restrictions imposed on you by a third-party platform, or damage caused by third-party software you install after reading about it here. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-party links

The Site links to external websites and apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, pricing, or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

12. Advertising

The Site displays advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are labelled and are not editorial recommendations. See our Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure and our Privacy Policy.

13. User comments

By posting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site. You confirm the comment is your own and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may edit, refuse or delete any comment, particularly spam, abuse, or content that promotes cracked or pirated software.

14. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restructure, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update or remove any guide, without notice or liability.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.
